Your new position

We are looking for a Building Services Engineer to join our client's engineering team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design of mechanical drawings for our building construction projects and will contribute to its outreach by maintaining privileged relationships with clients.

He / she will be required to collaborate with a group of specialists from various fields of expertise (urban planners, architects, landscapers, electrical, structural, civil, geotechnical and environmental engineers, etc.).

Qualifications required

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and member of the OIQ

Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar positions in building mechanics

ASP in Construction - a major asset

Mastery of HAP and AutoCAD software

Knowledge of the NBC

Strong project management skills in residential, municipal,mercial, industrial and institutional projects

Knowledge of design standards

Goodmand of French, ability to read andmunicate in English

Valid driver's license with car

Available for occasional travel within Canada
