Sommaire

Le responsable technique du produit traduit les exigences du produit en exigences fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles, puis maintient et hiérarchise le carnet de commandes du produit avec des récits d'utilisateurs.

Il a l'importante responsabilité de hiérarchiser et de communiquer ces exigences aux équipes logicielles pour le serveur et les appareils.

Produit spécifique : OptiMine Mining Data Platform (MDP) collecte des informations sur les véhicules et le personnel afin d'améliorer la sécurité et la productivité dans les mines souterraines.

OptiMine MDP traite ces données pour fournir des informations précieuses aux différentes parties prenantes d'une mine souterraine : rapports de productivité, entretien du parc de véhicules, tableau d'affichage du personnel, prévention des collisions et évacuation de la mine, pour ne citer que quelques applications.

Les informations recueillies sont contextualisées à l'aide de la position des dispositifs de l'infrastructure (par exemple WiFi, BLE, EPC).

Dans son rôle, le propriétaire du produit technique pour la gestion des opérations (OM) est chargé de traduire les exigences du produit en exigences techniques pour OptiMine MDP.

Vos responsabilités

• Élaborer et documenter les spécifications du système, dérivées des exigences du produit, y compris : les cas d'utilisation prioritaires, l'architecture des systèmes et les exigences des systèmes.
• Travailler conjointement avec les chefs de produit et les chefs d'équipe de développement pour établir et maintenir les liens de traçabilité entre les spécifications des systèmes et les caractéristiques / explications.
• Collaborer avec les intégrateurs de systèmes pour identifier les risques liés aux produits et les plans d'atténuation.
• Collaborer avec le chef de projet pour élaborer et maintenir le plan de projet.
• Examiner et approuver les plans de test d'intégration des systèmes fournis par les intégrateurs de systèmes, en définissant les critères d'acceptation au niveau du système, puis ajuster les spécifications des systèmes si nécessaire.
• Examiner la conception du produit avec les équipes de développement et l'intégration aux dispositifs.
• Réaliser des expériences sur le terrain avec le produit, collecter et analyser les données techniques, établir des priorités et communiquer le retour d'information du déploiement pour planifier les améliorations du produit avec le chef de produit et l'intégrateur de systèmes.
• Communiquer les améliorations apportées au produit aux chefs de produit et intégrer leurs commentaires dans le carnet de commandes du produit.
• Collaborer avec l'intégrateur de systèmes pour veiller à ce que toute la documentation technique relative à la production, à l'installation et à la maintenance sur le terrain soit organisée et transférée au groupe de support technique et au résultat de l'examen.

Summary

The Technical Product Owner translates product requirements into functional and non-functional requirements, then maintains and prioritizes the product backlog with user stories.

He / she has the important responsibility to prioritize and communicate those requirements to the software teams for server and devices.

Product specific : OptiMine Mining Data Platform (MDP) collects information on vehicles and personnel improving safety and productivity in underground mines.

OptiMine MDP processes this data to provide valuable information for various stakeholders in an underground mine : productivity reports, vehicle fleet maintenance, personnel tag board, collision avoidance and mine evacuation, to name a few applications.

Gathered information is contextualized using the position of infrastructure devices (e.g. WiFi, BLE, EPC). In his / her role, the Technical Product Owner for Operation Management (OM) is responsible to translate product requirements into technical requirements for OptiMine MDP.

Your responsibilities

• Elaborate and document system specifications, derived from product requirements, including : prioritized use cases, systems architecture, and systems requirements.
• Jointly work with Product Managers and Development Team Leads to initiate and maintain the traceability links between systems specification and Features / Epics.
• Collaborate with System Integrators to identify products risks and mitigation plan.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to build and maintain the project plan.
• Review and approve the System Integration test plans from System Integrators, defining system level acceptance criteria, and then adjust systems specification when needed.
• Review the product design with the development teams and integration to devices.
• Perform field experiments with the product, collect and analyze technical data, prioritize, and communicate feedback from deployment to plan product improvements with the Product Manager and the Systems Integrator.
• Communicate product improvements to product managers and integrate their feedback in the product backlog.
• Collaborate with the Systems Integrator to ensure all technical documentation for production, installation and field maintenance are organized and transferred to the technical support group and review outcome.
