Duties

The Centre of Expertise Professional and Technical Services (COE PTS) offers professional expertise in various Real Property business lines.

At the COE PTS, Architecture and Engineering Services and Project Management are led by a regional manager at the AR 07 / EN ENG 06 level.

Architecture and Engineering Services apply their professional expertise in the areas of architecture, structure, mechanics, electricity, heritage conservation, interior design and fire safety.

Project Management works on real property projects of all kinds, including accommodation projects and projects for rehabilitation and construction of buildings, marine and airport infrastructure, correctional facilities and heritage buildings.

As Regional Manager, COE PTS, whatever the business line under your responsibility, you will be called upon to collaborate to deliver quality integrated services to clients.

You will manage teams of professionals and work collaboratively with all areas of the department. We are looking for a regional manager who stands out for their leadership skills, positive attitude, passion for client service and willingness to work as part of a team, as well as their desire to innovate and help develop best practices.

EDUCATION

AR-07 :

Degree* in architecture from a recognized post-secondary institution

Member of lOrdre des architectes du Québec or from another province of Canada OR be eligible to l'Ordre des architectes du Québec or from another province of Canada.

Graduation with a degree* from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in landscape architecture or in urban planning, community planning or some other specialty relevant to landscape architect and town planner positions.

EN-ENG-06 :

Graduation with a degree* from a recognized post-secondary institution in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, aeronautical engineering, geological engineering, naval architecture or some other engineering specialty relevant to the duties of the position

Member of lOrdre des ingénieurs du Québec or from another province of Canada OR be eligible to l'Ordre des architectes du Québec or from another province of Canada.

Degree refers to a bachelors degree, as established by the appropriate educational authorities.

EXPÉRIENCES :

E1. Significant* experience in managing a real property project program.

E2. Significant* experience in human resources management .

E3. Significant* experience in financial management .

E4. Experience of managing a major change within a large organization.

Significant experience is defined as rich and diversified experience normally associated with the performance of a wide range of activities related to the position.
