KONE est à la recherche d’un superviseur du service et de maintenance. Le rôle du superviseur est de planifier, gérer et contrôler les opérations de service sur le terrain dans leur territoire, conformément aux exigences du contrat de service, aux politiques de l’entreprise et aux processus KONE. Il est le premier point de contact pour toutes les questions techniques ou opérationnelles soulevées par tout client dont les équipements ont été assignés. Il sera également également le premier point de contact pour leurs techniciens. Il est responsable des coûts des opérations d’entretien sur le terrain (légendes, réparations de service, entretien planifié), ainsi que des revenus des ventes de légendes et de réparations de service. Il interagissent avec les clients et les utilisateurs finaux, les inspecteurs et les consultants, les techniciens, leur directeur, les vendeurs, le centre de service à la clientèle KONE, le support technique, l’administrateur de back-office de rechange et le service des achats, l’équipe de facturation et l’équipe des rh. - Responsable de la supervision quotidienne directe, de l’horaire, de la direction, de l’embauche et de la discipline de la main d’œuvre sur le terrain
- Être présent à tous les sites sur lequelle nous travaillons actuellement et assister aux réunions sur place pour les projets
- Responsable de la coordination de l’achat d’outillage
- Au besoin sera responsable de l’affectation des tâches à la personne de soutien des opérations sur le terrain
- Responsable de participer au processus de paie sur le terrain, y compris l’approbation des billets de temps
- Responsable du travail et soutenir les membres de la succursale (y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, soutenir les ventes, les comptes créditeurs et les comptes débiteurs à l’appui).
- Responsable du respect des politiques et procédures de santé et de sécurité KONE et de toutes les lois pertinentes en matière de sécurité
- Déterminer les meilleures routes de service jumelée aux qualifications de main-d’œuvre afin de maintenir au minimum le temps et les dépenses de déplacement.
- Réviser les rappels et s’assurer que les mécaniciens se conforment à la procédure de vérification (l’heure à laquelle le travail a été terminé et le code de rappel).
- Effectuer régulièrement des audits de qualité et des contacts avec les clients. Vérifiez les travaux, visitez le client et remplissez les formulaires appropriés.
- Inspecter périodiquement tous les chantiers d’entretien pour s’assurer qu’ils sont entretenus conformément aux politiques et aux normes de KONE Inc.
- S’assurer que les examens réguliers effectués sur tous les emplois sont conformes à l’entente contractuelle.
- Commander des matériaux pour que des travaux de réparation soient disponibles pour les équipes lorsque les travaux sont planifiés.
Pour réussir dans ce travail, vous devez avoir
- 2 ans d’expérience dans la supervision d’une main-d’œuvre syndiquée.
- La formation ou l’expérience dans l’industrie des ascenseurs est un atout. Kone est ouvert aux candidats talentueux ayant une expérience pertinente.
- Capacité d’utiliser le courrier électronique Windows, le traitement de texte, la feuille de calcul et les programmes de planification de projets.
- Capacité de rédiger des rapports, de la correspondance d’affaires et des lettres.

- Capacité de résoudre des problèmes pratiques
