We’re looking for a Construction PM to help a large manufacturing client in Quebec to manage engineering partners and the general contractor from conceptual engineering, execution phase to closure phase, ensuring a smooth and effective handover to operations.
Main responsibility : Oversee all activities and internal / external resources of sub-projects within his construction mandate.
Must haves : Years of experience in the commercial / industrial construction industrywith OIQAbility to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with multiple stakeholdersAbility to communicate with various project stakeholders in French and EnglishAbility to influence and motivate multidisciplinary teamsPossess a strong understanding of construction project management, cost control and planning
Preferable : Academic background in industrial engineering, mechanical, electrical, or metallurgical materials, or a concentration in industrial project management.
