En tant qu'agent d'opérations bilingue, vous devrez:
Assurer un service client de qualité supérieure à nos clients via le portail, par e-mail et par téléphone, en répondant à toutes les demandes dans les délais impartis. Développer des partenariats internes et externes afin d’améliorer l’expérience globale du service client.
Gérer, suivant les consignes du représentant du prêteur, les problèmes et les divergences relatives aux titres de propriété (prêteur, spécialiste en crédit immobilier, etc.)
Gérer les tâches quotidiennes conformément à nos politiques d’entreprise
Travailler en collaboration avec nos clients externes, tels que les prêteurs, les notaires et les courtiers

Votre contribution

  • Gérer, suivant les consignes du représentant du prêteur, les problèmes et les divergences relatives aux titres de propriété (prêteur, spécialiste en crédit immobilier, etc.).

  • Gérer les tâches quotidiennes conformément à nos politiques d’entreprise.

  • Travailler en collaboration avec nos clients externes, tels que les prêteurs, les notaires et les courtiers.

Vos compétences

  • Un diplôme de technicien(ne) juridique ou un notaire, ou une expérience équivalente, sera considéré comme un atout.

  • Excellent sens du contact téléphonique, avec de solides compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.

  • Capacité avérée à résoudre les problèmes et à hiérarchiser les priorités.

  • Doit être bilingue.

  • Être très minutieux et avoir la capacité à gérer des priorités conflictuelles dans un environnement occupé et axé sur les échéanciers serrés.

  • Capacité à faire preuve de bon jugement dans la protection des informations confidentielles.

  • Bonnes compétences avec MS Office et Outlook.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Provide superior client service via the portal, email and telephone, responding to all requests within the allotted time frame. Develop internal and external partnerships to improve the overall client service experience.

  • Manage, as directed by the lender’s representative, issues and discrepancies related to titles (lender, real estate specialist, etc.).

  • Manage daily tasks in accordance with our corporate policies.

  • Work collaboratively with our external clients such as lenders, notaries and brokers.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • A degree in legal technology or as a notary, or equivalent experience, is considered an asset.

  • Excellent telephone etiquette, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems and prioritize.

  • Must be bilingual.

  • Must be highly detail-oriented and able to manage conflicting priorities in a busy, deadline-driven environment.

  • Ability to exercise good judgment in protecting confidential information.

  • Intermediate MS Office and Outlook skills.

Advanced proficiency in French (reading, writing, and speaking) required. Bilingualism certification is considered an asset. Candidates must be flexible to work a regular rotating late shift up to 7:00 pm (AST).

52,310 - 62,850

Any pay range is in $CAD. The stated pay range reflects the total expected compensation for this role (e.g., base pay plus any expected incentives or allowances, where applicable)
