Résumé du poste :
Le/la candidat(e) jouera un rôle crucial dans le département d’assemblage et devra être capable d’alterner l’assemblage, intégration et essai mécanique et électromécanique. Principales responsabilités :
- Assemblage Actuateurs hydrauliques & Pneumatiques
- Lecture et compréhension des dessins d'ingénierie;
- Assemblage de composants mécaniques sur actuateurs;
- Essais hydrauliques et/ou pneumatiques;
- Rédaction de rapports de tests;
- Support au département de qualité dans le traitement des RW et RN.
- Lecture et compréhension des dessins d'ingénierie;

1. Panneaux électriques :
- Assemblage de composants dans panneaux électriques;
- Câblage des composants électriques;
- Test des unités;
- Rédactions de rapport de tests.
2. Actionneurs hydrauliques, servo-hydrauliques et pneumatiques :
- Assemblage de composants de commande hydraulique et/ou pneumatique sur actionneurs;
- Assemblage de composantes mécaniques et électriques sur actionneurs;
- Préparation, pliage et installation des tuyauteries hydraulique;
- Câblage de composantes électriques;
- Essais hydrauliques et électriques;
- Rédaction de rapports de tests.
- Tâches générales
- Assiste à l’inventaire des composants et pièces;
- Préparation du matériel pour des travaux en cours en fonction de la documentation fournie;
- Premier support en cas de bris d’équipement d’ordre mécanique, hydraulique, pneumatique et/ou électrique;
- Maintenance et nettoyage général des aires de travail;
- Inspection des produits (entrant & sortant, incluant photographies pour référence).
- Assiste à l’inventaire des composants et pièces;
Exigences :
- Avoir au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle pertinent dans un environnement manufacturier, de préférence;
- Posséder des connaissances mécaniques et de systèmes hydrauliques et pneumatiques;
- Excellentes aptitudes au travail d'équipe, bonne communication et esprit positif;

Plus précisément, vous devrez:
Réaliser la conception de projets en mécanique du bâtiment en protection incendie sur les plateformes Revit et AutoCad;
Réaliser les plans en se basant sur des normes NFPA (National Fire Protection Association);
Produire à l’aide d’outils de développement CAD/DAO, (AutoCad et Revit) des dessins et plans d’ingénierie de projets de différentes envergures selon les standards établis;
Participer aux relevés et la cueillette de données sur les lieux de travaux;
Voir à la qualité des travaux en chantier, effectuer des visites et participer aux réunions de chantier;
Répertorier et contrôler toute la documentation produite.
Vos parcours :
Diplôme d’étude collégial en génie mécanique ou autres formations pertinentes;

Être en mesure d’effectuer et interpréter un calcul hydraulique;

TON QUOTIDIEN
- Assister le chargé de projet ;
- Préparer et compléter des dessins techniques détaillés et des plans de construction en conformité avec les normes et les spécifications du projet. (sera amené à travailler sur des projets au Québec et en Ontario) ;
- Collaborer étroitement avec les architectes et les ingénieurs pour intégrer les modifications et assurer la cohérence des documents techniques ;
- Développer des plans préliminaires ;
- Créer et maintenir des modèles 3D précis en utilisant des logiciels de modélisation architecturale (Revit) ;

YOUR ROLE

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Assist the project manager ;
- Prepare and complete detailed technical drawings and construction plans in compliance with project standards and specifications. (will work on projects in Quebec and Ontario) ;
- Work closely with architects and engineers to integrate modifications and ensure consistency of technical documents ;
- Develop preliminary plans ;
- Create and maintain accurate 3D models using architectural modeling software (Revit) ;
- Check and revise models and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements ;
- Verification of shop drawings ;
- Carry out surveys and drawings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent senior-level professional experience may also be considered.
- Professional certifications such as PE, CCM, PMP, LEED AP, OSHA 30, or related construction credentials are welcome but not required.
