Reporting to the Director of the Estimating Department, the Senior Estimator, Construction Projects, will play a strategic role in the budget evaluation of large-scale projects. Your expertise will help structure robust financial proposals and guide the supplier and subcontractor selection process.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in building project estimation with a general contractor.
- Technical training in estimating, construction engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong plan reading skills (architecture, structural, electromechanical, civil).
- Very good knowledge of construction processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in calculation, drawing, and estimation tools (Excel, Planswift, Revit, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Ability to work methodically, rigorously, and with attention to detail.
- Analytical skills, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
