Our client, a leader in high-end residential renovations, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee residential and commercial construction projects in Montreal and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is an organized, detail-oriented professional with a deep understanding of luxury home construction and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsabilités Clés

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion
• Liaise with clients, architects, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost reports
• Ensure work is performed in compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Conduct site visits, oversee site progress, and resolve any on-site issues promptly
• Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors
• Report regularly to senior management and clients on project status, timelines, and budget
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes relevant
• Fluent in French (spoken and written); strong English communication skills essential
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and managerial skills
• Proficient in Procore
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites around Montreal
• DEC or bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, or a related field is an asset
