En tant que Technicien de déploiement, vous serez au cœur de l'action, intervenant directement chez nos clients pour résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes. Votre rôle sera crucial pour le bon fonctionnement de systèmes sophistiqués, impliquant notamment :
- Robots industriels (FANUC, ABB, etc.)
- Automates programmables (PLC)
- Systèmes pneumatiques
- Système de vision

Vos responsabilités principales incluront :
Programmation et mise en service d'automates, interfaces-opérateurs (PLC / HMI) et robots, en respectant les standards de Systemex Automation et les devis de projets. Dépannage de cellules automatisées. Amélioration de programmes pour réduire les temps de cycle. Câblage et programmation de nouvelles cellules automatisées. Participation à la conception, aux analyses fonctionnelles, à la documentation de projet, aux tests, à la mise en marche et à la formation chez le client, selon votre expérience. Rédaction de documents techniques (descriptions fonctionnelles, fiches techniques, rapports, spécifications, devis, appels d'offres). Résolution de problèmes complexes à l'aide de méthodes innovantes. Gestion de l'installation et du bon fonctionnement des systèmes sous votre responsabilité. Évaluation de la satisfaction client et maintien de relations étroites. Identification et échange avec des fournisseurs potentiels. Compétences recherchées :
Diplôme en instrumentation et en automatisation ou équivalent. Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente. Expérience de travail sur les différentes plateformes en automatisation : Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc (atout). Expérience en automatisation dans différents domaines (un atout). Expérience avec les techniques de contrôle temps réel des plateformes PC et PLC. Expérience en programmation automate, HMI, DCS dans des langages de programmation variés. Connaissances en AGV / AMR (un atout). Très bonne maîtrise du français et bonne connaissance de l'anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit), avec un sens développé pour la communication. Leadership et esprit d'équipe. Aptitudes marquées pour le développement continu des connaissances techniques. Maîtrise de la gestion de projet, de la rédaction technique et de la résolution de problèmes complexes de façon indépendante. À l'affût des opportunités d'affaires chez nos clients. As a Deployment Technician, you’ll be at the heart of the action, working directly at client sites to solve complex technical problems. Your role will be crucial to the proper functioning of sophisticated systems, including :

Main Responsibilities :
Programming and commissioning of PLCs, HMIs, and robots, following Systemex Automation standards and project specifications. Troubleshooting automated cells. Improving programs to reduce cycle times. Wiring and programming new automated cells. Participating in design, functional analysis, project documentation, testing, commissioning, and client training, depending on your experience. Writing technical documents (functional descriptions, technical sheets, reports, specifications, tenders). Solving complex problems using innovative methods. Managing the installation and proper functioning of systems under your responsibility. Evaluating customer satisfaction and maintaining close relationships. Identifying and communicating with potential suppliers. Required Skills :
Diploma in instrumentation and automation or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Experience with various automation platforms : Allen Bradley, Siemens, etc. (an asset). Experience in automation across different industries (an asset). Experience with real-time control techniques on PC and PLC platforms. Experience in PLC, HMI, and DCS programming in various languages. Knowledge of AGV / AMR (an asset). Excellent command of French and good knowledge of English (spoken and written), with strong communication skills. Leadership and team spirit. Strong aptitude for continuous technical knowledge development. Proficiency in project management, technical writing, and independently solving complex problems.
