Lead a portfolio ICI Projects for the company!

This established GC with a proven history of delivering complex construction projects across various sectors, is seeking their Superintendent with a background in overseeing ICI construction projects in the $20M-$100M range.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of junior Superintendents
Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for projects involving ICI construction
Maintain strict documentation
Oversee the tradespeople
Responsibility for planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to your team of Superintendents

Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience as a Senior Site Superintendent, with a proven track record of overseeing ICI construction projects in the $20M-$100M range
Proven documentation skills
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
