We are seeking a Technicien(ne) ITSM to join our client's team. The position is a contractual 18-month mandate, 40 hours per week. It offers a hybrid work model, with 3 days per week in the Montreal office. The estimated rate from our recruitment firm is approximately $70 per hour. CVs should be provided in English. Our client is looking for someone with strong knowledge or experience in ITIL to ensure governance.

Profil :

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks
• Significant experience with incident, change, problem, and release management processes
• Experience in data collection and report/graph generation using Power BI
• Experience working with ServiceNow, including extracting data to Power BI
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with major incident management, change management, service requests, problems, and risk management

Atouts :

• Knowledge of scripting and automation
• Experience with traditional tools like UNIX/Linux, Shell, SQL, etc.

Bilinguisme :

French 0 / 5 and English 5 / 5 - French is an asset; English proficiency is required.
