RESPONSABILITÉS GENERALES

Gestion et coordination de projet

Assistance technique dans les procédés de traitements de surface

Introduction de nouvelles technologies

Méthodes analytiques et technologiques en chimie

Enquêtes qualité et investigation en chimie

Plus en détails, voici les principales activités du quotidien de l'employé :

Supporter les opérations de traitements de surface (placage, nettoyage, peinture et NDT) par prise d'échantillonnage

Contrôler le PH des différents procédés

Mesurer la tension de surface et analyser des données recueillies

Participer à la résolution de problèmes de procédés et d'opérations

Participer au développement de nouveaux procédés de traitements de surface

Participer à des rencontres d'équipes multidisciplinaires en tant que spécialiste en chimie

Contacter des fournisseurs dans le but de trouver de nouvelles technologies récentes

Participer et gérer des projets de réduction de déchets comme le recyclage de produits chimiques et une meilleure gestion des déchets solides

Contribuer à la préparation de spécifications pour de nouveaux équipements ou l'amélioration de ceux existants

Contribuer aux projets de réduction de l'empreinte écologique et développement durable

Supporter le groupe qualité dans les audits, les investigations et l'implantation des actions correctives

S'assurer que les procédures sont documentées et à jour

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Baccalauréat en Ingénierie chimique avec 4 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente ou équivalent
• Toute autre expérience pertinente en lien avec le poste sera considérée et évaluée
• Bilingue

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Project management and coordination

Quality surveys and investigation in chemistry

In more detail, here are the main daily activities of the employee :

Support surface treatment operations (plating, cleaning, painting and NDT) by sampling

Control the PH of the different processes

Measure surface tension and analyze collected data

Participate in the resolution of process and operational problems

Participate in the development of new surface treatment processes

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as a chemistry specialist

Contact suppliers in order to find new recent technologies

Participate and manage waste reduction projects such as chemical recycling and better solid waste management

Contribute to the preparation of specifications for new equipment or the improvement of existing ones

Contribute to projects to reduce the ecological footprint and sustainable development

Support the quality group in audits, investigations and the implementation of corrective actions

Ensure that procedures are documented and up to date

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience or equivalent

Any other relevant experience related to the position will be considered and evaluated

Bilingual

Salary commensurate with experience. Attractive salary package for right candidate.
