Responsibilities

  • Plan schedules and quality control according to contractual agreements.
  • Document the progress of every aspect of the project.
  • Monitor timelines and scope of work.
  • Resolve issues that may arise on the construction site.
  • Manage change notices on contracts and notify project stakeholders.
  • Maintain liaison with suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance and client satisfaction within the agreed timelines.
  • Perform any other tasks related to the position.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in managing institutional projects.
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
  • Leadership, sense of priorities, adaptability, and attention to detail.
