Job Description
- Develop and implement process improvements that enhance productivity while reducing costs.
- Foster effective collaboration among internal teams through strategic communication.
- Lead efforts to cultivate a customer-centric mindset within the organization.
- Define the tools required for the manufacture or assembly of aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing.
- Participate in investigating and identifying risks related to pre-FAL.
- Oversee the implementation of ePPS to enhance problem-solving capabilities across the organization.
- Be responsible for synthesizing simple to complex situations and presenting them to different levels of assembly management or manufacturing routines for the manufacture or assembly of aircraft components.
- Interpret, verify and approve drawings and other documents from the engineering department.
- Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components.
- Harmonize the implementation of engineering or assembly strategy changes, working closely with engineering, materials logistics, quality and production departments, and other organizational methods functions.
- Be on the lookout for ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies and take part in research and development projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or a DEC in engineering or aeronautics.
- More than 4 years of relevant experience in the aerospace industry.
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods and aeronautical standards (including Canadian and US standards).
- Proficiency in French and English.
- You have solid experience in continuous improvement and organizational skills.
- You can play a key role in problem-solving methodology.
- You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of IT tools (ERP, GPAO Catia, AutoCad, Enovia).
