Overview
IQVIA has an opportunity with one of the largest medical device manufacturers in the US. You will be asked to create an account and the full application takes 5–7 minutes. You will be required to support, liaise with and / or work with IQVIA customers and / or suppliers across Canada and around the world; a functional knowledge of English (written and spoken) is necessary.

Position Description : Our Field Service Engineers have a unique opportunity to apply their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals and leading technical initiatives in medical device technology. You will lead a team installing, updating, performing preventive maintenance and other services for medical devices, including infusion pumps and batteries, in hospitals in the United States, while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity to advance your technical skills in the medical device industry.
Travel : This is a 100% travel position. Local, regional and national travel is required.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff.
- Organize, test and update medical devices; install and configure hardware, software and network products.
- Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
- Document and submit daily data while maintaining high standards of product support documentation.
- Full-time commitment requiring local, regional and national travel.
- Assignment-based schedule with a 40-hour workweek and overtime as needed.
- Complete other duties at management’s discretion.
