Qualifications

The experience you bring

• Bachelor's degree in automated production engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent training
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of operational safety principles
• Knowledge of applicable standards (CSA Z432, ISO 12100, ISO 13849, RSST)
• Availability to travel between our offices in the greater region Montreal
• Advanced level of English to facilitate effective collaboration with BBA offices and/or clients located in English-speaking Canadian provinces and internationally (frequency of English use may vary from occasional to daily depending on ongoing projects)
• Advanced level of French to facilitate effective collaboration with BBA offices and/or clients located in Quebec
• Asset: TÜV Nord CMSE, CFSE, or equivalent training

Responsabilités spécifiques

• Participer au plan d’action quotidien pour assurer le plan de production;
• Planifier et organiser sa charge de travail en fonction de son agenda standard (formation, amélioration, audits, qualité, production);
• Maintenir le niveau de connaissance de l’équipe par la formation et le compagnonnage;
• Participer à l’élaboration des méthodes de travail dans les buts de santé-sécurité, qualité, coûts et délais;
• Participer activement à des vérifications quotidiennes pour s’assurer du maintien des standards;
• Analyse de la santé du département (qualité, coût, délai) et mise en place d’actions pour rencontrer les objectifs de son département;
• Participer aux processus d’amélioration continue et de résolution de problèmes;
• Travailler avec l’équipe ingénierie Industrialisation pour organiser l’amélioration continue des standards;
• Agissez en production en tant que courroie de transmission des standards définies par l’ingénierie;
• Peut être appelé à faire certaine mise à jour de la documentation interne;
• Travailler en production selon le besoin ;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.

Exigences

Compétences recherchées

• Diplôme d’études professionnel (DEP) ou collégiales (DEC) en mise en techniques de transformation des matériaux composites) ou toute formation jugée équivalente ;
• 1 an d’expérience pertinente en composite ;
• 2 ans d’expérience en travail de production ;
• Toute autre combinaison pertinente (formation et expérience) sera considérée ;
• Bon niveau de connaissance du français (parlé et écrit) ;
• Connaissances des documents de procédés et spécifications (PS) aéronautique ;
• Bonne maîtrise de la Suite Microsoft Office ;
• Lecture de plans.

Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Conseiller à la formation pour notre usine située à Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. Sous la supervision de la Directrice des ressources humaines, votre rôle sera d’assurer une bonne pratique des méthodes de travail efficientes et de fournir une main d’œuvre qualifiée aux différents départements de l’usine afin de rencontrer les objectifs en santé et sécurité, qualité et productivité de l’entreprise. Sommaire du poste Le ou la conseiller à la formation est responsable de planifier, organiser, coordonner et assurer le suivi de l’ensemble des activités de formation au sein de l’usine. Il ou elle veille au développement des compétences des employés, au respect des exigences en matière de santé et sécurité au travail (SST), ainsi qu’à l’intégration efficace des nouveaux employés. Le rôle contribue directement à la performance opérationnelle, à la réduction des accidents de travail et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques en usine. Responsabilités principales - Identifier les besoins de formation en collaboration avec les gestionnaires et superviseurs - Élaborer, mettre à jour et déployer les plans de formation (opérateurs, maintenance, SST, qualité, etc.) - Coordonner les formations internes et externes (formateurs, fournisseurs, organismes spécialisés) - Assurer l’intégration et l’accueil des nouveaux employés (programme d’onboarding) - Maintenir les dossiers de formation à jour et assurer la conformité aux exigences légales et internes - Développer ou adapter des outils de formation (procédures, guides, capsules, etc.) - Évaluer l’efficacité des formations et proposer des améliorations - Supporter les initiatives SST en lien avec la formation obligatoire (EPI, cadenassage, sécurité machine, etc.) - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ressources humaines, la production et le responsable SST - Participer aux audits et inspections en lien avec la formation et la conformité Formation et expérience - Formation en ressources humaines, pédagogie, gestion industrielle ou domaine connexe - Expérience minimale de 2 à 5 ans en coordination de formation, idéalement en milieu manufacturier
