Salary Range - $100k - $115k / annually

About the Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering municipal and public works projects (projects valued between $2–3 million) such as exterior renovations, parks, hospitals, transit infrastructure, metal staircases, cement slabs, and structural elements. Many clients include municipal entities such as the STM, RTL, and other public-sector organizations.

Projects typically last from a few weeks to several months, and the Project Manager may also be assigned smaller-scale responsibilities within larger projects. This role requires a field-focused, technically adept, and versatile manager with strong experience in construction and infrastructure work.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze scope of work from RFPs, plans, and bills of quantities
• Attend site openings and construction meetings
• Provide support to field teams, supervisors, and foremen
• Act as a key resource for the operations team throughout project execution
• Prepare accurate material estimates based on technical drawings
• Evaluate direct and indirect project costs
• Oversee procurement and purchasing of materials
• Recommend and manage adjustments to plans and schedules as required
• Draft and submit formal bids and proposals
• Develop detailed project timelines and monitor milestones
• Ensure accurate, timely client billing
• Produce regular project follow-up and progress reports
• Perform any other project-related tasks as requested by leadership

Candidate Profile

• Solid background in renovations and infrastructure work, particularly in municipal or institutional environments
• Strong technical knowledge of structures, formwork, cement, and metalworks
• Demonstrated experience managing construction projects from planning through execution
• Field-oriented with strong operational and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset and adaptability to work within a senior, experienced team
• Proven ability to manage multiple timelines, budgets, and site logistics simultaneously
