Le poste GrizzlyTrek recherche un Ingénieur en qualité et développement des fournisseurs pour se joindre à l'équipe de notre client à valeur ajoutée à Montreal, au Quebec.

Il s'agit d'un poste contractuel à temps plein soutenant l'activité Moteur central des turbines à gaz aérodérivées (AGT), avec un fort potentiel de conversion en poste permanent.

Dans ce rôle, vous collaborerez avec une équipe mondiale et multiculturelle de qualité des fournisseurs afin de traiter les non-conformités, de stimuler l'amélioration continue et de maintenir les standards de qualité de notre client à valeur ajoutée.

Vous interagirez directement avec les fournisseurs, mèneriez des efforts structurés de résolution de problèmes et contribuerez à faire évoluer la performance des fournisseurs dans l'ensemble du portefeuille de produits du moteur central.

Vos responsabilités

• Collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour résoudre les problèmes liés aux procédés, incluant la gestion et la contention des non-conformités.
• Superviser la performance qualité des fournisseurs, incluant les actions correctives et préventives.
• Lancer des programmes et initiatives d'amélioration de la qualité ainsi que des mesures d'atténuation des risques.
• Surveiller et rapporter en continu la performance qualité des fournisseurs, contribuer aux KPI et communiquer les risques.
• Soutenir les Qualifications de produits et de procédés (PPQ) et veiller à ce que les fournisseurs respectent les processus et outils de gestion de la qualité du client.
• Diriger des activités structurées de résolution de problèmes en utilisant les méthodes 8D, RCA, 5 Pourquoi et AMDEC.
• Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour maintenir les standards de qualité et entretenir de solides relations avec les fournisseurs.

Votre profil

• Solide formation en ingénierie, R-D ou fabrication (diplôme ou expérience équivalente).
• Expérience démontrée en tant que personne autonome gérant les enjeux de qualité fournisseur du début à la fin.
• Connaissance des méthodologies d'inspection et de l'évaluation des capacités.
• Connaissance de l'interprétation des dessins techniques, incluant le tolérancement géométrique (GD&T).
